Affordable Housing Lottery Open at Essex Crossing

After 50 years, new apartment buildings are going up along Delancey St at the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge. Some of the housing will be “affordable”. As reported in The Lo-Down, the city has opened a lottery to fill the apartments.
